These Terms govern the use of Audio Estudio. By creating an account and using the service, you accept these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it to generate illegal or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that breaches applicable law.
Responsibility for generated content
You are solely responsible for the content you create and generate with the application, including scripts, texts and the resulting audio. You must ensure you hold the necessary rights over the materials you use.
Third-party API keys
Use of third-party TTS providers (ElevenLabs, Gemini) is performed with your own API keys, under your responsibility and subject to each provider's terms and costs. Your keys are stored only in your browser.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the place of establishment of the service provider, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants to the user.
